That is why The SCEA Development prioritizes the identification and promotion of leaders from within (internally).

Such is the case because some of these youngsters are coming of age and fast-growing into young adults whose skills must be developed in all areas especially those cores to our operations.

Together with existing leaders and those, we bring in; we ensure that all go through high-quality coaching education and continuous development programs.

These programs focus on leadership, operations management, and development of developmental soccer programs, amateur, and professional soccer clubs among others.

High quality and capable leaders are crucial to the development of high-quality players and responsible individuals to play both sports and influencing roles.
