The foundation of The SCEA Development is embedded in Diversity and Inclusion (D& I). Our internal policy on D & I breeds good ground that enhances equality, acceptance, and tolerance among all stakeholders.

With the playing and leadership units composed of youngsters and staff from different countries and cultural backgrounds within The East Africa Community (The EAC), The SCEA Development is keen to tap into and respect such diversity and include each individual in all its undertakings.
