Developmental Soccer Program

We believe and know that every child and or youngster has a right to receive an appropriate–quality education that meets its individual or specific learning and development needs.

The SCEA Development Program (The SCEA DSP) and The SCEA Amateur Club (The SAC) play a unique role in ensuring that all youngsters coming through at the development center go through a high-quality development and education program combining soccer/football development, competitive playing, academic and leadership development. The differently gifted (youngsters with lesser soccer/football potential) are the ones prioritized for our internal Young Leadership Development Program – YLDP) though the program cuts across all including those representing our competitive unit (The SAC).

Our values and character-driven development and education philosophy underpinning all our operations play a major role in helping us identify, develop and manage youngsters with greater leadership potential such that we continue shaping them their respective ways towards excellence and becoming transformational leaders of the future. The acquired leadership skills are critical to the future role we want our players to play; which is influencing all stakeholders both internally and externally.
